  • 1 Slice of lemon
  • 1 Slice of orange
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 drops bitters

  • Club soda

Place the slices in the bottom of an old fashioned glass. Crush the ingredients with a wooden muddler. Pour in the whiskey, then fill with club soda.

An Old Fashioned For Every Season

The Old Fashioned is a timeless classic, perfect for a beach party but just as at home at the opening gala. Lend an air of sophistication to any event with an Old Fashioned.

Why We Enjoy An Old Fashioned?

The casual whiskey drinker and the citrus lover can both find a common drink with an Old Fashioned. One of the easiest ways to enjoy a sweet and sour treat, and a way for a whiskey lover to get a bit of flavor with their whiskey.

The Old Fashioned Gave The Name To Cocktails

As far back as 1806, the first published use of the word “cocktail” was used to describe the Old Fashioned in The Balance and Columbian Repository. It was officially mentioned as an Old Fashioned in 1880, and brought back to the Old World. A popular variant there includes substituting in absinthe in place of the whiskey.
